Carey Residences are a unique kind of luxury resort residence.  Designed to break the mold of the typical apartment building, and the usual boxy-looking results.  Carey Residences have been designed as a 3-story building intended to adapt to hillside conditions.  Each story is slid back from the story below it, allowing the building to adapt naturally to the natural slope with minimal earth moving and intervention.

Carey Residences will be mainly located in the hillside areas of the resort, with gorgeous jungle views, and some buildings may also have ocean views.  Each level of the building is an independent 3-bedroom luxury residence, including its own private swimming pool. The open and airy 3-bedroom design features plenty of outdoor space for lounging and relaxing.  The bedrooms include the maximum component of luxury, a full-glazed open bathroom design that can open to experience open-air shower experience for the maximum enjoyment of the warm weather in the Dominican Republic.

The outdoor area has plenty of space for outdoor cooking, provided for the enjoyment of the in-house chef service, one of the trademarks of the new Chairmans Circle Elite, the highest level membership at Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club, created for the Cap Limón resort.

BIM Technology Experts

As with all of our work, the projects are fully designed and documented using our expertise and experience as experts in application of BIM technology and additional visualisation capabilities that can only be offered by using BIM technology tools and modeling to its fullest.  During construction, the teams will be able to use our BIMx hypermodels on tablet and mobile devices for enhanced visualization and understanding of the design, details, and specifications in the palm of their hand.

Our designs for the resort have been awarded the “5-Star Best Leisure Architecture Dominican Republic” award at the 2017 Americas Property Awards and the resort also received the “5-Star Best Leisure Development Dominican Republic” award.  Our work as Resort Architects in the Dominican Republic has been honored with the nomination for the International Property Awards Grand Finals.  Sarco Architects will be competing for the recognition as “Caribbean’s Best Leisure Architecture”.
