We present the Cap Limón VIP Clubhouse and Restaurant. This building was designed as the main amenity building of the first phase of the new Cap Limón Luxury Club Residences Resort by Lifestyle Holidays Real Estate. The resort is located in the Samaná province on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. Cap Limón will be a completely new luxury resort developed from scratch by our firm, now featuring work as resort architects in Dominican Republic.
Lifestyle Holidays Real Estate has given us a clean slate for us to create a new luxury identity, and we are excited to share our work as Resort Architects in the Dominican Republic.

The Cap Limón VIP Clubhouse and Restaurant was designed in the higher end area of the resort. Planned as a luxurious social gathering place, this building is conceived as a glass tree house in the middle of the Dominican jungle. The concept for this design was for the building to merge with its environment. The design of the floorpan and the roofs are based in organic shapes and the columns are inspired in the surrounding trees.
This building includes high level restaurants, bars, cigar lounge and other social areas that are one of the trademarks of the new Chairmans Circle Elite, the highest level membership at Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club, created for the Cap Limón resort.
